BLOG ENTRY 3 - TRAINING COURSES

Nowadays, in the educational world, teachers have a responsibility with all their pupils. Every day there are conflicts between the children and the teachers need to have the tools to resolve these conflicts in a positive way.

All of us have to mediate and help them to learn the appropriate ways to express their opinions and relate to their friends.

To do it is very important that all the teachers have good training courses about the topic “Resolution of internal conflicts”, where we can obtain new techniques and new knowledge to can help our students to improve.

This type of training should be in a context where the teachers can share points of view and experiences, and work with games, activities and roll-playing to practice these situations.

If it’s possible, I think that the best way is a company long weekend, where teachers can have personal time to get more confident and can work with the most serious problems.

In conclusion, it is very important to work and share with our colleagues our experiences to be better community teachers.
